Define what matters
Understand your goal, the people involved and the constraints. Scope, deliverables and quotation are agreed before work starts.
Clearer journeys. More considered interfaces. UX/UI design connecting needs, content and actions.
What comes first. What feels easy to understand. The action that makes sense. A coherent experience is built through these details.
My independent design activity supports this thinking, from journey analysis to interfaces and prototypes, for private individuals as well as businesses.
Discover the approachThe need before the form
Deliverables defined together
Decisions with a rationale
Scope before commitment
Ten ways to move forward. Every detail explains what is explored, what you receive and what stays outside the scope.
Find the friction. Set the priorities.
Understand people before screens.
Give every piece of information a clear place.
Resolve the structure before the styling.
A presence that feels clear and memorable.
Every gesture should make sense.
Make complexity easier to read.
Useful rules. Consistent screens.
Experience the journey before production.
Observe use. Refine with purpose.
Tax-inclusive starting prices for private clients, for the scope stated in each detail. Adapted business quotations on request. The quote confirms deliverables, applicable taxes, feedback rounds, schedule and total before commitment. Photographs are illustrative.
A heading’s size, the space between elements, the weight of an action: hierarchy helps explain what matters. Explore this small layout example.
Conceptual demonstration, with no real data or performance measure. Buttons in the drawn interface are illustrative.
A clear goal helps us choose the first elements to explore together.
A recognisable heading, a readable group, one primary action.
Understand your goal, the people involved and the constraints. Scope, deliverables and quotation are agreed before work starts.
Organise information, establish layouts, then refine the visual details and agreed states. Choices are presented and discussed.
Consolidate the agreed feedback, clarify decisions and prepare useful files and annotations for the next stage.
Research or testing is included when part of the quotation. A prototype demonstrates an intention; it does not replace a developed application.
A useful deliverable does more than look finished. It helps people decide, discuss and move the project forward.
Files and formats defined in the quotation for an organised handover.
An explanation of the steps and intended interactions.
Variants and situations retained within the agreed scope.
Identified review points to keep the work moving.
UX/UI design is for private individuals too. The starting point is your need, rather than the size of an organisation.
Preparing a portfolio, a personal website, an independent activity or an application concept? You can contact me directly, even without a technical team or a complete specification. We define useful screens, available content and deliverables suited to your project. The conversation makes the choices understandable and the budget clear before work begins. One person, one initial journey or a few pages can be enough to start. Private consumers’ rights are explained in the website information.
Evolving a website, platform or operational tool? Support can focus on a journey, a group of screens or a component foundation, depending on your priorities. Review roles, constraints and required inputs are clarified at the start. You have an identified contact and a design scope defined in writing. Collaboration can fit into discussions with product or development teams, without assuming technical implementation is part of the assignment. Handover arrangements and usage rights are specified in the quotation.
Based in Montpellier, I offer remote collaboration for projects in France, the European Union and internationally. Working language, meeting times and any on-site requirements are agreed for each project.
A few points to help prepare your project. If your question is not here, the brief is a good place to start.
Yes. Private individuals can ask for the design of a portfolio, personal website, booking journey or application idea. The service covers design and the stated deliverables; a project can start with just one person.
The offers concern UX/UI design. They specify the layouts, prototypes or documents supplied. Development, implementation, hosting and real functionality are arranged separately unless specifically quoted.
The price relates to the starting scope stated on each detail page. Private-client amounts include applicable taxes. Screen count, content, formats and feedback affect the final quotation; no extra is assumed accepted.
Collaboration and delivery can take place remotely in France, the European Union and for international projects. Project languages, meeting times and local requirements are agreed during scoping.
An idea of the goal, audience and available content is enough for the first conversation. Each service states helpful inputs. For research or testing, participants and arrangements for their information are agreed separately.
No. It prepares a conversation and quotation. Scope, deliverables, schedule, total and terms are confirmed in writing before commitment. Private consumers’ rights for distance services are explained in the website information.
Your idea can still be open. Tell me where you are and what you want to clarify. We can define an initial scope together.

Information needed for your enquiry, without automatic marketing.
Updated 25.10.2026Jaroslaw Piotr Mielcarek, individual entrepreneur, is the controller for this site. Brief information and contact details are used to reply and prepare a possible service, based on requested pre-contractual steps. Processing required for invoicing relies on legal obligations. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Required and optional fields are identified in the form.
The brief asks for a service or a need to clarify, project description, client type, country, timing preference, name and email. Company name is optional for business clients. Required fields are marked. Acknowledging this policy does not agree to starting paid work. Do not include sensitive information, passwords or real participant data in the brief.
If the site is published on Netlify and Netlify Forms is enabled, Netlify, Inc. provides hosting and form reception under its data processing agreement. Email or accounting providers receive only information needed for their role. Processing may involve a country outside the EEA with applicable safeguards; no France-only hosting promise is made. Opening an email draft uses the visitor’s application and does not send anything without their action.
Provider safeguards are described in the Netlify data processing agreement. The form does not add you to a marketing list.
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, under the policy chosen for this site. Accounting records are retained for 10 years after the financial year ends. Other contractual records are retained according to applicable obligations and evidential needs. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object where the GDPR permits, at jaroslawpiotra@inbox.eu. Requests are generally answered within one month; complaints may be made to the CNIL.
Electronic consumer contracts subject to a specific statutory retention regime are retained and accessible as required. Information and complaints: CNIL.
Any agreed interviews and tests have separate participant information covering purpose, necessary data, confidentiality and retention. This website does not initiate participant recruitment or recording.
Define the scope before starting.
Updated 25.10.2026This site presents UX/UI design services. A brief or quotation request is free and is not an order or payment. Scope, deliverables, schedule, review rounds, total price and payment terms are defined in a quotation before any commitment. Displayed amounts are tax-inclusive starting prices for private individuals for the stated scope. An adapted business quotation is available on request. No particular tax status is claimed.
Each service states its starting scope, deliverables and exclusions. Durations are indicative working production days after inputs are received and availability is confirmed; they do not promise an immediate start. The service includes the feedback rounds stated in the quotation. A new journey, additional pages or a material change after approval is quoted before execution.
Collaboration can take place remotely in France, the European Union and on international projects. The client provides lawful content and access, consolidated approvals and anonymised data where needed. Any on-site work, licences, image purchases, recruitment or participant incentives are agreed separately. Layout or prototype design does not include development, hosting or real software functionality unless separately quoted.
Any deposit, milestones, rescheduling or cancellation arrangements and payment terms are specified in the quotation. The website does not collect a deposit. Delayed client inputs may require an agreed revised schedule. Professional late-payment terms are supplied in the relevant B2B documents and are not automatically applied to private consumers.
Usage rights and any assignment of rights in deliverables are defined in writing, including the rights, uses, media, territory, duration and remuneration. Their effective date may be linked to full payment if the quotation says so. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Payment or delivery of a file does not by itself assign all rights.
Design addresses the defined need; no conversion rate, revenue or statistical result is guaranteed. Legal checks, technical accessibility audits, security testing and code validation are not part of the presented design services. Acceptance criteria are agreed by the client and designer. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Private consumers’ rights for distance services.
Updated 25.10.2026A private consumer who enters into a distance service contract generally has 14 days from conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. A clear statement may be sent to jaroslawpiotra@inbox.eu or the business address. The model withdrawal form and applicable arrangements are supplied with the contract documents. A personalised design service does not by itself remove this right.
Starting during this period requires a separate express request from the consumer. If withdrawal follows a start that was validly requested and properly explained, only a proportionate amount for the service already supplied may be payable. The right is lost only after full performance, where work began with the consumer’s prior express agreement and acknowledgement of that consequence. Reimbursable amounts are returned within the statutory period, generally 14 days after notice.
The form’s privacy acknowledgement is not an early-start request or waiver of a right. Any necessary agreements are collected separately with the contract documents.
For a service-related concern, first send a written complaint to jaroslawpiotra@inbox.eu identifying the quotation and remedy requested. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Consumer mediation arrangements are set out in the pre-contractual and contractual information supplied before a service is agreed.
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to every business. Any applicable special rules and termination terms are set out in the contract. A French-law clause does not remove mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of residence where these apply.

Browsing without advertising or integrated audience analytics.
Updated 25.10.2026The site code sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not use localStorage. The sessionStorage key mielcarek_intro_v1 contains only the value 1: it remembers that the welcome logo has appeared in this tab so later transitions can be shorter. It contains no contact details, is not transmitted to the server and ends with the tab session. It can be cleared in the browser. If storage is blocked, the site remains usable.
Brief steps, service choices and interactive examples remain in current-page memory. Reloading or changing language may reset them. Nothing is sent without an explicit form submission or email action. Images and fonts are local; there are no external maps, embedded videos or social pixels. The host may process technical logs needed for security.
The site provides keyboard navigation, closable detail dialogs, focus indicators and reduced motion based on browser preference. The introduction can be skipped. These features do not constitute accessibility certification. Report any difficulty to jaroslawpiotra@inbox.eu.
